Four athletes reach top 10 in AO XC Championshipt

London Legion XC Athletes earned 4 Top 10 performances at the 2016 Athletics Ontario (AO) Championship held in Niagara Falls including Tori Bouck, Ethan Aarts, Kyle Koyanagi and Marcel Scheele.  Laura Parkinson placed 16th.

Incredible performances and personal records were set by several athletes including Brady Esler, Eric Hill, Eric Gareau, Alison Hansen, Jack Adams, Jalen Marcil, and Owen Peters.

Welcome Police Constable & London Legion Sprint Coach Justin Keating

 London Legion is very proud to announce that one of London Ontario's finest, Police Constable Justin Keating has rejoined our coaching staff.

Justin was one of the fastest sprinters, ever, in Canadian University Sports histroy.

Congratulations to the University of Western Ontario Mustangs XC Program and to  Coach Janet Takahashi for winning the bronze team championship medal at the U-Sports Canadian Men's XC Championship 

Congratulations also goes to Muhumed Sirage, a member of Western's bronze medal Canadian Championship Team.

In addition to winning Ontario U-Sports XC Rookie of the Year, Muhumed also was named Canadian XC Rookie of the Year.
