McKamy Student Officer Elections

INTERESTED MEMBERS....HAVE YOU E-MAILED US THIS WEEK YOUR FINAL CANDIDATE CONFIRMATION FOR THE BALLOT??

REMINDERS:

• All Returning MRC student members are eligible to run for an office.
• MRC Student Officer Responsibilities can be found on our website www.mckamyrobotics.com under Student Resources, then Job Descriptions.
• Student may only run for one of the 4 offices on the ballot (President, Vice President, Secretary or Reporter). 
• Student must declare which office they want to be on the ballot for by 4pm on Friday, September 2nd by sending an e-mail to mckamyrobotics@gmail.com. Subject line:  YOUR NAME - MRC Officer Ballot, in the body tell us which office.
• Student Officer candidates will have the opportuntity to speak for 90 seconds on why they feel best candidate for the office at the September 8th MRC meeting. The speaking will be done in order of office above.
• All MRC student members will vote for 1 candidate for each office and will be announced at the end of the meeting.

McKamy Robotics Club September Monthly Student Meeting

Thursday, September 8th

4:15 - 5:30 pm

McKamy Library

Students will be electing their MRC student officers, vote on this year's club t-shirt design (if we have entries!) and learning more about robotics for this year. In addition, we will hear from member Katelyn Drew about her speaking at a technology conference this summer about robotics.  See More info above on officers and t-shirts was sent again separately today!

Parents are always welcome at all student meetings!
