ALUMNI WEEK™

To address the 75th anniversary of South Shore High School, a request was made to the South Shore International College Prep High School Local School Council to host an ALUMNI WEEK™ during the 2nd Quarter of 2016.  The purpose of the tentatively scheduled series of events was to identify our alumni and honor the legacy of our beloved alma mater.

The current principal requested all alumni groups collaborate as was our plan.  We were not able to bring all groups together.

To date, a few alumni have come together to serve on the committee.  We had a series of conference calls, researched venues and committed to be an inclusive and transparent operation.  The committee sought representation from all classes in the planning process and attendance on the day of the event.

The event was tentatively scheduled to occur June 6-11, 2016.

We regret to inform everyone that ALUMNI WEEK 2016 will not be held at South Shore International College Prep at this time.  Alternative plans at a different venue are being considered.  Will keep you posted.

ALUMNI WEEK 2016 is postponed until further notice.
