Bev is passionate about sharing ‘The Word of Health’ with the world. She has presented numerous talks, consultations and Organicflexitarian food demonstrations, and does so currently at Hoogland Health Hydro. Her focus is on organic, fresh food that is not only quick and easy to prepare but tasty as well; food that satisfies the mind, body and soul and reduces addictions and cravings. Raw, cooked, vegan, vegetarian, omnivore. Bev’s “Life-At-Home” quick and easy, tasty menu places vitality, energy, weight-balance and empowerment into your life.

Rhé lectured in Design and Ceramics at Univ Jhb for 18 years, participating in numerous exhibitions before running her own Ceramic Studio and Graphic Design practice and later entering the world of yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 16 years and teaching for the past 10 years. Rhé is an accredited Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and opened her Bryanston yoga studio in 2006. She has fine-tuned her teaching approach, to assist students in building not only more flexibility and strength, but also in releasing stress and obtaining inner peace and tranquility.

Tyrone has always taken a huge interest in physical fitness, starting with Karate at the tender age of six, and obtaining his JKA Black belt at eighteen. In addition, he participated and excelled in cricket, golf and squash. He started yoga as a young boy and attended Iyengar classes from 2006. As an avid sportsman, gym-goer and fitness enthusiast, he has acquired vast knowledge about fitness, nutrition and exercise. He recently visited to the UK and USA in order to research their Health and Fitness industries, and is currently completing a Sports Nutrition qualification.
