Oahu ~ Honolulu Area Support Group ~ First Thursday of each month, 1:30-3PM. The group is meeting at Central Union Church, 1660 South Beretania, Women's Building.
Oahu~Honolulu Punchbowl Support Group ~ Second Friday of the month 5pm-6pm. All are invited. This group meets at THE PLAZA at Punchbowl.

Big Island, Waimea Support Group ~ Second Wednesday of the month, from 1-3:00 PM at Tutu’s House in Waimea.
Big Island, Hilo Support Group ~ Last Friday of every month, 2-4 PM. Meets at Office of Aging, Hilo: 1055 Kinoole St #101.

Maui Support Group ~ 1st Tuesday of each month 8:30 to 9:30am. Meets at Hale Mahaolu Elima,11 Mahaolu Street, Kahului, HI 92736.
Maui exercise classes are being held by Risa Pascal ~ Tuesday and Thursdays at the same address from 10am to 11:00. Improve your quality of life, increase your range of motion, increase functional strength and improve balance. Risa Pascal is trained in my areas, yoga, tai chi, stretching, strength, balance. Exercise is guided to your level of ability. Donation are accepted.
