Pumpkin Spice Bread Ingredients: 3 cups sugar, 1 cup vegetable oil, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin, 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1/2 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 cup water Directions: In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, cloves and allspice; add to the pumpkin mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition. Pour into two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60-65 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins before removing to a wire rack to cool. Yield: 2 loaves. |

Halloween Activities for the Kids 1/2 cup white washable school glue 4 tablespoons Liquid Starch 1 tsp Washable Liquid Watercolors, if desired (we used green) Optional: Googly eyes Directions: 1. Shake the liquid starch before pouring it. Then mix the glue and liquid starch together. It takes a few minutes for it to really come together. We usually start with a spoon and then end up mixing it with our hands. 2. After its all mixed, add in the eyes. Place goo in a halloween bucket and let the kids have fun! |

Help Us put together 700 kits to send to Gudele South Sudan. These children, many orphaned, have never seen a crayon. Let's bless them with these gifts to encourage healing. Art therapy is proven to help children express themselves using the artistic process to explore different challenges and things they’re facing in their life. Please see the attachment for the supply list and bring whatever supplies you can. I will provide food, drinks and music!! Please share this and bring friends!! Let's change little lives!!
