Well, you haven't heard from me in awhile on this thing.

I've been wondering how to address you all, and I still do not know how which is why I'm radio silent with my personal newsletters but it is time to reconnect and break the silence, this is vipassana, a time to insightfully reflect.

Have you been moving your body?

What is up? How is everyone? Write me back if you'd like. I'd love to hear from you. I know I have been in contact with a lot of you through the Instagrams, but I do also know many of you folk to not be too into the Instagrams either, and for great reasons.

 

I've been pretty overactive on Instagram scrolling away, reposting memes, scaring myself with current events, and am looking forward to taking more breaks from my screen, and in turn produce more quality online content, since we are all forced to share community virtually. I'd like to adapt to this new lifestyle, and would love to know how I can be of better service to you all as a yoga instructor! I'd love to hear any feedback you may have. Let's Zoom

Ok, so I live for teaching studio classes. I love the synergy and to be honest, I've worked hard to learn the skill of teaching groups of people using only my words so I am able to be more present and aware of how you all are moving your bodies. 

 

HOWEVER I have fallen in love with teaching Zoom classes because this is a new challenge, and I do still get to see you guys! It is also kind of nice you all have the option to keep your camera off too, I love the flexibility this platform creates!
