Maia, our Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, runs our Menopause Strengthening Class which includes education and strengthening to help pre and peri-menopausal women get fitter and stronger; and improve bone health and body confidence. Our first cohort of women have just completed their first 6 week initial course.

Most of the group have decided to continue with Maia in the 2nd Phase Menopause Strengthening Class where more emphasis is placed on developing strength.
