Guest speaker will be Heather from Maui Memorial Hospital who is a Speech Pathologist. She will be there to talk about her background and will be open to answer questions related to parkinson and speech and anything else concerning the importance of staying healthy with speech. Maui exercise classes are being held by Risa Pascal ~ Tuesday and Thursdays at the same address from 10am to 11:00. Improve your quality of life, increase your range of motion, increase functional strength and improve balance. Risa Pascal is trained in my areas, yoga, tai chi, stretching, strength, balance. Exercise is guided to your level of ability. Donation are accepted.
