There's a difference between goals that inspire you and goals that "scare" you. Some people tell you to set "goals that scare you," assuming that the grandeur of such goals will eventually pry you out of complacency and fuel your desire to chase dreams. It's an interesting theory. The thing is...what do we usually do when something "scares" us? That's right...we avoid it.
