GreenYourMove (GYM) is a European Research Project co-funded by LIFE, and its main objective is the development and promotion of an innovative co-modal journey planner that focuses on GHG emission minimization.

 

The planner will be available as a web and smartphones applications.

An introduction to

multimodal future

 

An introductory video about multimodality and the concept of EU multimodal corridors produced by Amadeus initiated the discussion on the future of seamless travel in Europe in the roundtable held at the EP in Brussels in June 2015.

GreenYourMove was in Brussels for the ITS workshop

 

GreenYourMove attended the workshop linked to the Directive 2010/40/EU - Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Directive, organized in Brussels in November 2015.

 

GreenYourMove was represented by Tomáš Chlebničan from CHAPS (GYM Beneficiary), participated in the Thematic session 2: Facilitating access to travel and traffic data and linking services.

GreenYourMove organises workshops

in Athens, Thessaloniki & Volos in May 2016!

 

The main workshop participants will be transport operators, environmental organisations, public transport agencies, mobility policy makers and local press.

 

The main objectives of the workshops are to:

 

• Disseminate GYM’s results to Greek transport operators,

• Gather participants’ feedback and data related to their network,

• Improve the GYM web and smartphone apps,

• Discuss on the re-scheduling actions of the TRAINOSE’s timetables to promote co-modality.
