I wanted to share with my email group about a new service I'll be offering.  But before I give the big reveal first some background.

I have been steeped in self-development for the last two decades.

My day job is as an Human Resources professional, now  turned internal coach.

My away from work hours have always found their way to any non-fiction book,  anything art and craft related, healthy healing foods, saving the planet (you know pretty low key)

The last several years have become more of a stretch for me as I continue to go deeper into all those areas and aspects.  
I've actually been getting this nudge for several years, and have resisted it because for some reason the word 'coach' never felt good to me.  Or 'life coaching'

What the heck is that anyway, and who needs a coach for life?

Well I can't tell you how many people have mirrored this back to me in a way I can't avoid, and now that I've decided how to do it with 'my stamp' on it, I'm feeling pretty good about offering this to others.

Starting in September I will be offering a coaching package which includes 3 one hour 1:1 sessions booked over 3-4 consecutive weeks, for a $210 introductory rate through the end of September.

The template for this is still pretty lose right now as I want to remain flexible to what sort of needs you have.

So, let me tell you who this type of work may be for,  if you have ever told yourself the following:

It's only 20 years until retirement, I'll just stick it out where I am

It would be irresponsible for me to change my career at this age

I don't even know what my passions are

My kids need me, I just don't have time for investing in myself right now

I just am not creative, and I don't know how to be

I can't afford to try something different

I have an idea, but I have no idea how to make it flourish

You get the gist.  Then this is for you.

As part of this package I'm including a 20 minute FREE introductory call to talk about your goals, some of your greatest sticking points or just where you can see yourself somewhere else but don't know how to get there.

This is also a great way for you to get a feel for what is included and if you get a good feeling about working with me ;).

For those of you who have worked with me on Intuitive Healing Services, I will continue to offer these 1:1 sessions at $120/hour and this will remain separate from the coaching.

All sessions will be online or via phone.
