In order to start communicating with your Angels, you need to centre yourself in heart-consciousness (be aware of your heart-mind).
Heart Centre
Angels are always contacted through the heart centre, (mind-in-the-heart), where lives the sources of pure reason, which is love.
Ground Yourself
But first you need to GROUND yourself. A classic form of grounding is to imagine roots growing into the Earth from your feet or spinal column. You can imagine you are a TREE.
Then take your awareness from your mind to your heart. Be aware of your heart, how it is beating, and what it is feeling. Imagine it open up and light from your angels fills your heart. Now receive that special connection from your Angels.
