REMINDERS:
- Thank you! Each student family volunteer(s), please report to McKamy Library for check-in 10-15 minutes before your shift begins. Sign-Up: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0f4daeab28a7fb6-mckamy1! We still need Judges and Referees
- Complete the VEX Robotics Participant Release Form(s):

- Circle Student Participant (Volunteers and Parent Mentors also need a form for yourself)
- Fill out respective student information
- Student signs it

Logistics:
Student and Parent Mentor Dress for Competition - Black 2016-2017 McKamy Robotics T-Shirt, Jeans or nice shorts and tennis shoes (safety and we are often running!).
Food: Teams were provided a team order form in advance. There will be a concession for spectators. Volunteers will have lunch provided. Each team can bring snacks, food and drinks for their students and parent mentors. There is an hour lunch break in the agenda below.
Competition Set-Up Friday 2/3
All MRC members and Parent Mentors will be helping with Set-Up of all Area Leads starting at 4pm! Parents and other interested siblings welcome to help!!! Many hands it will go quick!!! Students are welcome to bring snacks or parents drop off during work session.
As advised prior, no teams may be working on their robot or practicing until after the competition is completely set-up and time permits.

7:15 AM - Doors Open for Volunteer Check-in
7:30 am - Doors Open for Team Check-In, Turn-In Engineering Notebooks and Robot Inspections Begin
8:45 am - Robot Inspections End
9:00 am - Opening Ceremony and Driver Meeting
9:30 am - Qualification Matches, Skills Challenges and Judging Begins
10:00 am – Pizza Pre-Order and Onsite Order Payment Deadline to Concessions
12:00 pm Lunch Hour
1:00 pm - Qualification Matches and Skills Challenges Continue
3:00 pm - Qualification Matches and Skills Challenges End
3:15 pm - Alliance Selection
3:30 pm Alliance Selection Ends
3:45 pm - Elimination Matches Begin
5:00 pm - Awards Ceremony Begins
5:30 pm - Venue closes and Tear Down Begins (All MRC Members and PMs help with Tear Down – Thank You!)
