I’ve been thinking about recharging lately. Sometimes I have tunnel vision, like an over-active terrier I stay on-task to the point of letting life pass me by. Why I don’t know, except perhaps it’s just in my DNA. Then I realize I need to step away, recharge, practice good self-care and drift. Are you that way?
