Here at Piedmont Music Therapy, LLC we would like to say...

IN THEIR OWN WORDS:

"Melissa's visits are the highlights of my mother's week; her enthusiasm is infectious and she manages to get my mother singing, and more importantly, smiling."

For the 2nd year in a row, our clinic and studio created a scarecrow for Town of Fort Mill's Scarecrow Crawl. Igor STRAWinsky is pictured on Main Street, Fort Mill, SC - October 2018. He interacted with visitors through sensory props that were included in the display and fostered conversation about favorite songs that were scribed on clothespins by various community members. Mental health awareness was a theme of the exhibit. Learn more about where we offer services here:

We're grateful to Miss Zabia and her kindness in networking us with Max DePietro, Music Programs Coordinator at Arts+ (formerly Community School of the Arts). As a result of this connection, 150 mini-keyboards were generously given to children in need through out Greater Charlotte, orchestrated through our staff and community contacts.

STAY TUNED: We're going to offer an open clinic and studio for holiday music making on Saturday, December 8th!
