August brings us to the end of term 3, the final term of the 2015-16 school year. Each term has new curriculum, improved test scores, and more chances for students to demonstrate their skills in leadership and creativity. |

Shift to sustainability: Expo is remarkable because our programs - are led and run by participants, with
support from Expo staff - yield a high impact in just
10 weeks (1 school term) - are easily replicated between schools,
regions, and even countries Because of this, the Expo team is always full of fresh new faces beginning their career in international development. But now, Expo is making an intentional shift towards sustainability and job creation for professionals in the community in which we work.
