Purchasing That Works Our current project work includes providing purchasing services for hotel owners, hotel management companies and Designers. The common goal? Purchasing managed to the highest standards to provide best pricing for product delivered on time while meeting the design aesthetics set by the Designer and/or brand. |

Why It Works As Alternate Resources expands, the majority of our new work is for our Purchasing Services. Our significant strengths have been developed over two decades in business providing our clients with the benefits of strong vendor relationships, intense knowledge of value engineering products and exceptional negotiating power to purchase at the best price. Our Design Consultation Services are a compliment to our purchasing process in two ways: Designers benefit as we are able to assist in making their designs come to life through wise purchasing; Hotel Owners benefit tremendously when not needing a Designer as we are able to "tweak" the valuable standards package established by the brand ushering the owner approved changes through the flag approval process. Our clients realize the benefits of a customized standard that is better suited to their specific property by locale, clientele, competition and unique needs. Through our strong purchasing power we can provide FF&E at a comparable cost to the brand purchasing departments and often at a lower cost having tweaked the standards. Either way a WIN-WIN for all! |
