The Real Estate Crowdfunding Review:
August (late) Update

Apologies that the August update is a little late. We've been swamped doing the comprehensive industry reviews and rankings, which have exploded from 65 to 100+. But they're almost done and will be ready next month.

In the meantime, there was lots of interesting news and developments in August.

Realty Mogul leapfrogged FundRise as the largest funded site, with a $35 million cash raise. FundRise released a ballyhooed "diversified" fund, which fell short. Real estate cycle guru Dr. Glenn Daniels, said apartments are now in hyper-supply nationwide. And one pundit predicted significant crowdfunding defaults are inevitable.

We also added new detailed tutorials on the risks and rewards of the 4 real estate investment styles (core, core plus, value-added, opportunistic), and how to properly diversify and protect your portfolio.

And we interviewed a $500,000+ real estate crowdfunding investor, who shared his invaluable strategies, portfolioand insights.

Enjoy!
