Tip of the week:
Our tip of the week today is one we shared a couple months back...but easily saves us the most time and money shopping. The use of a shopping list!!!!
I always see people at the grocery store shopping with a list and checking things off as they go. It certainly helps you avoid impulse buying and keeps the bill down, especially if you coupon clip. Dawn and I use the same strategy online with our online orders on Walmart.com. They have a list feature that I have been building for 7 months now. It has all my non-perishable groceries and houshold essentials in one place. When I do my orders it literally takes me 5 minutes on a Sunday to run down the list and hit order....Next thing you know I get them delivered for free to my doorstep. The process could not be easier. Now I only go to the local store for veggies, meats and perishable items. Its just a quick lap around the outside of the store.
Savings Advisor Updates:
Leadership Call Update - Exciting call this week. Fred announced we are very close to testing and launching an App that install on your phone to upload your receipts for reimbursement. Also, the new revamped websites and comp plan are only weeks away...This is such an exciting time to be part of the grocery revolution.
It was also confirmed that Savings Advisors 1 and 2 only have until the end of August to upgrade to Savings Advisor 3 to receive a free company upgrade to the highest level in the new comp plan. This will save you $100!
BEST PRACTICES
When trying to build your business....KEEP IT SIMPLE! Try using these 3-4 steps to explain how it works.
1. Go Shopping(online or local, your choice)
2. Upload your receipts
3. Receive Cashback
Optional for Savings Advisors
4. Get social(share with family and friends)
Resist the urge to complicate the model or share too much information and confuse people.
Just a reminder, I have included a couple welcome emails I started using to welcome new subscribers and savings advisors to the team. Feel free to use these or personalize as needed. The most important thing you can do as a leader is support your team with information and tools.
