Ingredients:
Peanut butter, Fresh banana slices, honey, wild orange essential oil or IQ Mega, sprouted whole wheat bread
 
Instructions:
Mix 2 drops of doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil or IQ Mega into peanut butter.
Spread the peanut butter mixture on the bread, add bananas & drizzle with honey.

Cleansing Hand Gel
 
Ingredients:
5 tbsp aloe vera gel, 4 tbsp witch hazel, 1/4 teaspoon vitamin E oil, 8-10 drops doTERRA OnGuard® Protective Blend, Small squeeze container
 
Directions:
In a bowl, combine aloe vera gel, witch hazel and vitamin E oil. Add 8-10 drops of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend mixture. Mix well. Add more of your favorite oils to enhance the smell.
Pour into small container for use.
