Dear AIGINET supporters,
Today is Giving Tuesday and we need your help! We are writing to remind you of Operation Cow 2016. We know you are busy with your work and your families, but we are hoping you can take a moment today to support women who do not have families to care for them.
A cow is an economic empowerment tool and a highly valuable gift in Rwandan culture. Cows create sustainability when passed along to other families in need and contribute to breaking the chains of poverty.
Please donate to our Operation Cow 2016 fundraising campaign. AIGINET is an all volunteer, 501C3 organization. Operation Cow donations are tax dectuable and are used for the purchase and delivery of the cows. Even small donations can help. Will you join us this year to raise the funds for four more cows?
Last year, AIGINET’s second annual OPERATION COW fundraiser was inspired by Eryk, a five year old child who loved cows and wished to inspire other children to join the cause. Eryk's involvement helped us to increase AIGINET’s donation. Between 2015-2016 we were able to give six cows! These cows are providing a remarkable economic benefit to many women and improving the welfare of the larger community by supplying milk and fertilizer. We plan to increase our donation again this year and provide four more cows in early 2017.
Today, on Giving Tuesday, and throughout the holiday season as you gather with your friends and family, we hope you will keep Rwanda's most vulnerable women in your heart. Consider asking five friends to join our effort to provide a meaningful gift that will keep giving. Read about our recent accomplishments and long term goals below then, get involved! There are many ways you can help us reach our goals:
- Make a donation today to AIGINET's Operation Cow iniative
