This recent project was a re-design of an outdated apartment clubhouse located in west Phoenix. The owners of the property decided it was time to say goodbye to the fussy traditional style and appeal to a younger market with a more modern vibe. We started by selecting a fresh color palette of turquoise, cactus green and neutral gray. The existing base paint remained while the niches received a handsome vinyl wall treatment textured like grasscloth. Contemporary furniture pieces including a custom community table transformed the space with clean looking lines. Travertine was replaced with a durable slate looking porcelain tile and the fireplace received a facelift with a small white pebble mosaic. Art and accessories reflect the calm desert surroundings. With a space serene enough for meditation yet vibrant enough to have fun in, residents and staff alike are pleased with the rejuvenated clubhouse while prospective tenants are lured into a new place to call home.
