If 2019 is the year you want to invest in yourself on a spiritual level have you thought of learning Reiki for yourself?  I have scheduled my Reiki level 1 courses for this year and the first one takes place on 29 January - with only one space left!  

Following the first level of Reiki training you will be able to treat yourself, family and friends and your pets (all my animals have had Reiki at some point!).  And Reiki can safely be used in conjunction with any medical or complementary treatment and is safe during all stages of pregnancy too.

During the day we will focus on the general principles of Reiki and learn about the history and roots. On a practical level, you will also be taught how to give a treatment, firstly to yourself and secondly to other people.  

My learning groups are very small (only two people) to ensure that your Reiki training is the special experience it should be.

The cost for this day is £125. I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit in advance to secure your space.

Training will take place at my home on Hayling and the day will commence at 9.30am for a 10am start and will we should finish around 4 or 5pm.
