November 19-25th, the abbot of US Zen Institute, Ven. Dhammadipa, instructed at the Four Sublime Abiding meditation retreat. About 40 meditators from 8 different states (CT, NY, NJ, IN, IL, CA, MD, and VA) participated in the event, with nearly 30 of them stayed the whole duration.  
十一月十九號至二十五號，美國禪學院方丈 法曜法師帶領學員禪修四無量心七日。此次禪修有約四十位來自八個州(康州、紐約、新澤西、印第安納、伊利諾、加州、馬里蘭、維吉尼亞)的學員參與，其中有近三十人參加全程。

Registration for the Wat Nawamin retreat will end in two weeks on December 14th. If you are interested to participate in this retreat, please register immediately. All participants register past the deadline will be automatically placed on the waiting list until further notice. For those who have already registered, you will be contacted around early to mid-December whether you have been admitted or wait-listed.
