•150 spaces available in size range. •Avg. gross rental rate per year: $39/rsf. •Gross rental rate range from $26-$55/rsf. •Total availability rate is 13.3%.

 

If you want to find

18,000 –36,000 square feet 

 

•23 buildings have spaces available.

•125 spaces available in size range. •Avg. gross rental rate per year: $44/rsf. •Gross rental rate range from $30-$60/rsf. •Total availability rate is 22.8%.

 

*"Rental Rate Sampler" rents are an approximated annual fully serviced starting rental rate for space in the mid-rise portion of a building with an assumption of minimal improvements and a 5 year term.  Rents vary greatly based on concessions, views, floor, building class, etc. and this Rental Rate Sampler is intended to be used as an apples-to-apples "temperature gauge" for current market conditions.
