We have been enjoying a beautiful Spring in Texas. The temperatures have been mild and we have only had few of the crazy spring storms we get typically get in North Texas. The picture above is of a dogwood tree in bloom. Real estate activity has certainly picked up in spring as well. We are still seeing low inventories in our markets, the supply has just not kept up with the demand.

There is no slow down yet in the significant price appreciation we have seen in the North Texas markets. Collin and Denton counties have continued to see strong growth with many relocating to the area. New construction is underway but it has yet to keep up with the demand. Cooke and Grayson counties are more rural and tend to have more market fluctuations. Overall they, too, are seeing consistant price appreciation.
