- Checking in at the YMCA. (1 Point)
- Taking a Group Exercise Class. (2 Points)

- Posting a healthy meal picture to the Challenge Facebook Group. (1 Point)
- Daily check-ins with the Challenge Facebook Group, reporting in on your workout and your healthy food choices. (1 Point)
