Dear Frerinds, IMPROV! This is our trending theme. This year we attempt to use improvisation as a community building tool in order to awaken important parts of the human brain and open up pathways to creativity and an improved understanding of who we are. We are launching the newly funded community project called CINDI (Creative Intergroup Narrative Drama Initaitive) on Saturday, April 22, at Dunbar Community Centre (see more info below). I’m not going to try and impress you with a long drawn out description of the project. So come out and experience a brief moment of great possibility for yourself! <img height="22" src="https://static.wixstatic.com/media/5e9922_bbb9a23c29c9407f8a31e2fc45adead6.png_256" width="22"> Speaking of a brief moment, the cherry blossoms are finally blooming here in Vancouver. Enjoy them on improvisation! Keiko Honda, Ph.D. President & Executive Director Vancovuer Arts Colloquium Society |
