McKamy's Middle School Competition is in 2 weeks!!
We need all MRC members and their families help! We now have the 1/16/16 FMHS VEX Competition under our belt....we had fun, all teams did great and we gained best practices on hosting a competition, all while learning life lessons on and off the VEX field!
It's time to put all that knowledge as a spectator or participant to great use and support our MRC Competition Planning Committee who has been working hard over the last couple of months. In 2 short weeks we are hosting the first ever Middle School only VEX Robotics competition in a LISD Middle School!
We ask that all MRC parents do the below and talk with their McKamy Robotics club students about logistics, as we DO NOT have another MRC monthly student club meeting before our competition.

- Volunteering for the competition: Where you see the "sign-up" link click for your family to review and determine which volunteer opportunity fits best for your family and sign-up for one or more shifts! THANK YOU we need every family to help :) NOTE: MRC students are competing on Saturday 2/6, so they do not sign up for volunteering that day; however, all MRC student members and their team Parent Mentors will be helping to set-up on Friday 2/5 beginning at 4pm! Parents are welcomed and encouraged to help with set-up on 2/5 with their student, in addition to volunteering for a shift at the competition on Saturday 2/6. THANK YOU in advance!! *If you have not entered the Parent Access area of our website before you will need to use the parent e-mail provided at registration of your student to set up a log-in and password. We are monitoring daily for approving your access. Please contact us with any questions.
We will need lots of volunteers so please encourage your family and friends to sign up by providing them our e-mail for more information mckamyrobotics@gmail.com. If you have a McKamy NJHS student have them refer to the volunteer communication from their club sponsors!
