Farewell Blessings to Miz Ora!!! 

The month of May concludes Miz Ora's time as my teaching partner here at the Moon's Nest. She and her partner will be relocating in search of better livin' and lovin' than Portland can offer them these days (thanks, no thanks, stinky developer people).

I sure am feelin' sad to see them go but of course wish them All Blessings on their new adventures. Deepest gratitude to this friend for all they have done to support our playschool community since they joined me in January.

The Moon's Nest Playschool is looking for a new teaching partner for the 2018~2019!

 Must be comfortable guiding a group of anywhere from 3-7 kiddos at a time in magical and playful activities. Other responsibilities include cooking meals from scratch, and cleaning up at the end of each day.

Must be experienced in working with kiddos and have strong

and supportive references from yer practice. 

Desired knowledge base, pedagogy, and practice:

*Familiarity with Reggio, Anti~Bias, Waldorf, Unschooling,

Forest Schooling, and Freeschooling principles

*Skill in creating and cultivating gender neutral

 and non~biased learning environments

*Basic understanding of attachment theory and a

background in early childhood development

*A strong daily magical practice of some sort

*A daily musical practice of some sort

*Love for plants and the earth and a desire 

to share that love with kidz

Pay is $15/hr, straight 

Werk schedule negotiable 

**On site housing could be available fer the right person and situation.**
