Last week I achieved my Master/Teacher Reiki level and it was a very special day for me.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher I will be able to run my own Reiki workshops and attune you to Reiki.

Reiki is a form of energy therapy and it is a lovely therapy.  Many of my clients have had wonderful experiences with it.  We have four bodies of energy: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. And while they are all independent of each other, together they make us who we are. If one of these bodies of energy is out of balance you may feel lack and discomfort in your life.  This can manifest in many ways and is usually seen in your health, relationships or money. Just as you heal your body through exercise and diet, you can also heal your energy bodies through Reiki.

The Reiki 1 workshops will give you the skills to treat with Reiki.  Watch this space in the coming months for my first Reiki 1 workshop dates.  I intend to have only two people per workshop to ensure that it is the special day it should be.

There are a very small minority of people (my husband being one of them!!!) who do not enjoy massage. For pretty much everyone else massage really can be the answer!

Why is that?
The power of human touch is extremely important to us and something that we literally cannot function without. Think of how a good hug on a rubbish day can make everything feel more bearable. When you're scared, feeling someone take your hand can melt some of that fear away. Touch makes us feel connected and part of something bigger than us.... and bigger than our problems.
