January Classes! This month our Monday evening classes will start off on Monday January 9th with our “Start the Year Right: Learning to Balance Your pH” class. Balancing your pH can help to support many different systems in your body. Join us as Victoria teaches us how to adjust our diets and habits to bring our pH into balance. January 16th’s class will be “Feel the Difference: by Beating the Winter Blues.” Do you feel like the lack of sunlight gets to you in the winter? Victoria will be teaching us coping skills to help ward off these feelings. On January 23rd, Victoria will be teaching the class “Germ Fighter”. This class will focus on how to keep pesky germs at bay during the cold and flu season. On January 30th, Christine Harr will be returning to teach us the class “Chemicals and the Food We Eat”. All classes are from 6pm-7pm and are free of charge. | | |

Meet the Team: Elmer Bagley! Each month, we will feature a different employee to help our customers get to know our team. This month we are featuring Lori’s husband, Elmer Bagley. Elmer became interested in natural remedies due to advice from a friend, Lance Diehl. He started with dietary changes and progressed to supplements and lifestyle changes. Elmer is our “try it guy” who likes to try out our new products. In fact, Elmer can give testimonials for many of our products. In his spare time, Elmer enjoys his antique cars and toys. |
