Gentle Hatha
Hatha is the most original form of yoga that combines gentle movement with breathing techniques and mindfulness. A student of hatha yoga learns to bring the body under control through consistent practice of asanas postures and through breath control. Then the student can turn towards gaining control of the mind through meditation.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa means to link or connect a sequence of yoga movements synchronized with breath as you transition between poses. Vinyasa yoga is performed in a seamless flow of movement and breath.
Restorative
Stress relief yoga and relaxation techniques are combined to help restore and renew the mind and body. The restorative yoga movements are designed to gradually reduce tension for the benefit of full body renewal. Classes use yoga props as needed.
Meditation
After we attended to the needs of the mind and body through our yoga practice, meditation becomes a natural next step of self inquiry. Learn the techniques of meditation in a relaxed setting.
