Welcome! With a month under their goggles, the new student-athletes are now settling in and getting a better feel for their racquets. As we are just short of our goal of 45 students, SCS has decided to extended our 4th grade tryouts until December. Monday and Tuesday marked big days for those 5th and 6th grade students that participated and completed the 8-week tryout period- everyone was excited to know who made the team! We would like to send a bit congratulations out to the following players: 5th grade- Makiah & Kayonia and 6th grade- Amya, Anand, Jaemir, Keyel & Vaughn! WAY TO GO! |

On October 31st, SCS student-atheletes were given the opportunity to participate in the Mt. Lebanon Recreation's Annual Pumpkin Patch Parade 2015. Not only was it a chance to dress up and bond with their peers, it was an opportunity to share our program with a new community. Student-athletes also had an opportunity to go trick-or-treating, a tradition that many of them do not practice within the Hill District where they live. |
