Try not sleeping in the same room as your phone. Try doing one thing in the morning BEFORE you check your phone. Try it for a week. Experiment with how it feels. I know, I know. Your phone has your alarm on it. You might have to get an alarm clock, or set the alarm on your watch. It’s a hassle.
