It’s the Bright Idea Box!

You are an integral part of Print NW.  It’s your hard work and dedication that bolsters our success.  INNOVATION, one of our core values, is an ongoing process and one that every employee can participate in.

 

Do you have a safety idea?  Can you improve a work process? Can you make a function of your department more efficient?  Do you see something that could be done better?

 

Let us know!

Put your idea on paper and submit it for consideration.  You will find 3 different Bright Idea Box stations; one in back hallway of the offices, one in the breakroom next to the first aid kit, and one on the production floor next to the scheduing office.

 

Let us know 3 things:

  •What’s the problem you see?

  •What’s your innovative solution?

  •How will it benefit our employees, our customers,and the company?

 

You are welcome to submit your complete idea anonymously if you prefer.  However, we would appreciate being able to recognize your contribution or follow up with you if we have questions. 

 

If you have already suggested something to your manager and they implemented it right away, still submit it!

We want every member of the Print NW team to have a sense of ownership and responsibility when it comes to impacting and improving Print NW, both internally and externally.  We hope that this program encourages innovation and a solution mindset when you encounter challenges and inefficiencies. 

What happens when you submit an idea?

 

HR will pick up suggestions every Monday.  We want lots of ideas so keep 'em coming!

Every idea will be reviewed and considered.  No matter how big or how small.  If you identify yourself on your submission you will get direct feedback from a member of the management team.  We may not be able to implement all ideas, some may need to be developed further, some may not be feasible at that time.  But we appreciate all of them and everyone who participates will have an opportunity to be heard and help develop the idea further.
