Finally we have our own premises. Finally!! We have our own premises in Belziger Straße 71 in Schöneberg and will soon move to this location. To Costa Rica with weltwärts. |

Our five weltwärts volunteers Isabel, Laura, Francie, Patrick and Henrik set off on their one year trip to Costa Rica on the 23rd March. They arrived safe and sound in San José and were collected at the airport by our coordinator Don Carlos and his wife. |

In Heredia, close to San José, the five had three additional seminar training days. During which they got acquainted with local culinary delicacies, visited a market and got familiar with the region. Additionally they attended a 2 week Spanish course in Turrialba. By now the five have joined their projects. We wish them a great year ahead. |

Volunteer trip to Costa Rica in August. From the 7th to the 15th of August 2017 we are travelling once again to Costa Rica with a group of volunteers to assist in building a school in Limon2000. If you don't have any plans yet for your semester break or summer holidays and want to make good use of your time perhaps this trip is just the thing for you. More details can be found here: |

On the 29th of March 2017 our 4 week cooperation with Aktion gegen den Hunger commenced. Our mentees shall avail of customised workshops. In the future many topics will be covered such as Job searching in Germany, job applications and work placements to prepare them for their roles as supervisors. Many thanks to Aktion gegen den Hunger! We are looking for additional Mentors/Mentees. If you want to become a Mentor for one of our young adults, register with us. It doesn't matter if you're a student, in full time employment or jobseeker if you are reliable and can donate your time for 2 hours a week then you are the right candidate |

News from the Leatherworkshop. Every Thursday our leather workshop takes place from 16.00 – 18.00. During March we held workshops at a refugee hostel in Wannsee (Heckeshorn) and in April our workshop will relocate to this location. We are looking forward to seeing new and old faces |
