Finding Accredited Community Interpreters

is now just a click away!

All OCCI Accredited Community Interpreters have the opportunity to be listed on the searchable list of interpreters on the OCCI website. The link to the list is featured at the top of each page on the OCCI website, and the list is growing every week.  It is the goal of the OCCI to make this list "THE LIST" to search when ISPs and consumers are looking for a community interpreter in Ontario.

Looking for PD opportunities?

Visit the OCCI Events & PD page

If you are looking for interpreter workshops and education opportunities, or if you are an organization offering workshops or courses, please visit the OCCI Events & PD page.

The OCCI Events & PD page lists upcoming and past events relevant to interpreters and interpreting stakesholders.

As part of the OCCI framework, OCCI Accredited Community Interpreters are required fulfill ten (10) hours of PD every year.  The OCCI recognizes that we must do more than just make PD a requirement, we must also facilitate access to PD opportunities.  PD event organizers are encouraged to download the request form to have their events listed on the webpage and to apply for OCCI PD hour eligibility.
