Enhance your understanding skills. Take a look at one of my global activities. 
It's based on a short film made by one of the greatest Italian directors: Ermanno Olmi. 
Level: pre-intermediate (A2).

Before watching the video, focus on the title: "Il premio" and take a look at the picture below: try to figure out what it's all about.
Write down 5 words (in Italian!) linked with the story you imagine. (e.g. concorso, politica, cinema etc.).

Now watch the video. Don't stop and rewind! Just make an effort and watch the video only once. Remember: "The best you can is good enough".
