Adult-Recumbent Tricycles Featured at Walk!
The Hawaii Bicycling League (HBL) is coming to the Hawaii Parkinson Walk in partnership with the Parkinson's Bike Exercise Group on September 16th. They will be bringing five adult-recumbent tricycles available to use during the 1st lap of the walk. If you or someone on your team is living with Parkinson's disease and would like to try one of the bikes, please click here to sign up. Once signed up, you will receive more information about riding the adult-recumbent tricycle from HBL Adult Education Manager, Malia Harunaga.
This year's walk will also feature physical therapy demonstrations from OrthoSport Hawaii, Ohana Pacific Rehab, and the Queens Medical Center.
