Diverse Experience At Work  Alternate Resources has been awarded the FF&E Purchasing contract for the Montreign Resort Casino project.  Empire Resorts has engaged a world class team of professionals to develop this integrated destination resort and casino.  We are excited to be part of this team!

Diversity That Works  New doors have opened as Alternate Resources has obtained Woman-Owned Business (WBE) Certification by both WBENC (national) and Empire State Development (New York).  As a 100% woman-owned business, our 25 years of experience in hospitality design and purchasing and real estate project management positions us well to explore MWBE project work to add the combined value of diversity AND experience to a project team.  See our recent blog post reflecting on how diversity may open the door, but experience keeps you in the room.
