Kolejna maszyna ujawniona - B-Alert x24 - mobilne urządzenie do zapisu sygnału EEG. Maszyna ta będzie współpracować przy naszym planowanym eksperymencie _e.1/2015-2017. Eksperyment ten dotyczy badań nad opracowaniem metody zapisu i konserwacji ulotnych aktów twórczych, takich jak akcje performatywne, interwencje, czasowa interaktywność.

Wiosna wśród organizmów i maszyn aktywizuje działania oma. Podczas kolejnego spotkania Zarządu, tym razem w siedzibie Fundacji om w Bydgoszczy, jak i w trakcie rozmów Violi Kuś z dr Joanną Dreszer-Drogorób w Laboratorium Neurokognitywnym ICNT, udało się wyznaczyć grupę maszyn, które posłużą nam do monitorowania aktywności mózgu i stanów emocjonalnych artysty w trakcie eksperymentu _e.1.

Jesteśmy także w czasie rozmów z artystami, którzy wezmą udział we wrześniowej próbie ww. eksperymentu, są to: Elżbieta Jabłońska, Wacław Kuczma, Anetta Kuś & Danuta Milewska.

Mając na uwadze projektowany eksperyment, poszerzamy grono instytucji do współpracy. Udało nam się również sfinalizować spotkanie z Kamilem Kęską, który reprezentuje Zakład Reżyserii Dźwięku Akademii Muzycznej w Bydgoszczy. Nawiązaliśmy współpracę, której efektem będzie m. in. rejestracja dźwięku na setkę z obszaru akcji performatywnych. Kamil Kęska przyjął zaproszenie do Rady Programowej, Kamil - witamy wśród om'ów. / om’s verbal activity_ b.2 – 04/2015

The next machine has just been brought to light B-Alert x24 is a mobile device which records the EEG signal. This device will be utilized in our scheduled experiment _e.1/2015-2017. The investigation refers to the method of recording and preserving volatile creative occurrences such as a performative action, an intervention, and a temporary interaction.

Spring and its impact on organisms and machines activate om’s doings. At the last meeting of the Board at its seat in Bydgoszcz, and during conversations between Viola and Dr Joanna Dreszer-Drogorób at the Neurocognitive Laboratory ICNT, new machines were selected to monitor brain activities and emotional states of artist during the experiment _e.1/2015-2017.

We have been talking with the artists who will participate in the tests of the above mentioned experiment in September. The following creative minds have been enlisted: Elżbieta Jabłońska, Wacław Kuczma, Anetta Kuś, and Danuta Milewska.

Taking into consideration the experiment, we are enlarging the scope of the institutions who we will cooperate with. We managed to meet with Kamil Kęska, the representative of the Sound Directing Institute at the Music Academy in Bydgoszcz. The cooperation, among many other activities, will effect in recording the sound at one hundred within the performative action area. Kamil Kęska accepted the invitation to the Curriculum Committee. W trakcie rozmów w Laboratorium powstał również plan przeprowadzenia porównawczych testów psychologicznych maszyny (okno dialogowe programu komputerowego cleverbot, która w 2011 roku jako pierwsza przeszła test Turinga) i artystki. / During the conversation at the Laboratory, the new idea of running the comparative psychological tests of the machine (the dialogue window of the cleverbot computer programme which successfully completed Turing’s test in 2011) and an artist was developed. Siostry Kuś 10 kwietnia miały przyjemność uczestniczyć w poznańskim spotkaniu na temat planu stworzenia konsorcjum przy Mediations Biennale, którego ideowym twórcą jest Tomasz Wendland. Efektem tych rozmów jest projekt – koncepcja współpracy oma z Fundacją Mediations Biennale.

Kolejne rozmowy czekają nas pod koniec maja.

/ Kuś sisters had a pleasure to take part in the meeting concerning the creation of syndicate during the Mediations Biennale, created by Tomasz Wendland. The cooperation concept between om and Mediation Biennale Foundation arose at the first meeting. The next one will be held by the end of May this year.
