What's Changed?
Since our last update the Cinderella Line and MP Vicky Foxcroft have continued to push Thameslink and Network Rail about when we will get the services that were due to arrive in May.
Train delays are never a good thing but better late than never and from early December, we should finally see those 4 trains an hour on the Cinderella Line.
To give you all a chance to find out more, we now have a confirmed public meeting.
For more details, join us us on Saturday 17th November at 2pm at the Rivoli Ballroom for a meeting chaired by local MP Vicky Foxcroft with representatives from Thameslink Railway and Network Rail.
Out of Pocket?
Another invitation we'll accept from Thameslink is for additional compensation for the May 2018 timetable disruption. There are enhanced payments on offer as well as the usual Delay Repay.
For passengers with season or non-season tickets between 20 May and 28 July 2018, who used parts of the route where Thameslink or Great Northern operate a significant proportion of services, there could be compensation of anything from 1 to 4 weeks worth of fares.
You can read more about the compensation and how to claim in our article on our website:
