Summer is Coming!
 
June 20th is the first day of summer. Stay cool by diffusing or applying Peppermint oil to the back of the neck. Use Lavender oil to help soothe sunburn.

Strawberry Lemonade Slush
cups fresh lemonade
cup frozen strawberries
lemon, juiced
drops Lemon essential oil
drops Lime essential oil
cups ice
tbs white sugar or 1/2 teaspoon stevia
 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth pr at a desired consistency. Poor into cups, and enjoy. 
 

 Refreshing Red Sangria

1/2 cup Brandy 
1/4 cup Triple Sec 
Red Table Wine 
A handful of each: Starwberries, Apples cut into chunks. Grapes, Orange cut into chunks, Blackberries, Pineapple cut into chunks, 
Sparkling Lemon or Lime water
 
Essential Oils: 
5 drops Tangerine
7 drops Lemon
3 drops Lime 
7 drops Wild Orange
4 drops Onguard
 
Directions: 
Add all fruit and essential oils in pitcher. Let stand overnight (the longer it sits the better.) Taste to make any adjustments, Top off with sparkling lemon/lime water when ready to serve.
