Heather Kaczur, R.H.N. is the newest addition to our healthcare team and she will be in the office on Fridays through the month of December.  We are setting aside short intervals of time for you to be able to talk to her about how she can work with you in achieving your health and nutrition goals.  These 15 minute consultations are free for existing clients to give you an introduction to the services Heather provides.

And for those of you who ask, every year, about our Holiday Toy Drive . . . we have the tree up and we are collecting new, unwrapped toys for children aged 1-16.  Our donations, as always, are going to the Halton Women's Place.

As they often have children of different age ranges, we have also begun collecting monetary donations as well so that they have the resources to purchase gifts for any children that they haven't had a toy donation for.
