Belle Tire Distributors, Inc., Michigan’s largest independent tire retailer, is seeking Manufacturing Laborers for our Retread Department. This position is located inside of a state-of-the-art commercial tire retread facility.
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Learning all facets of the re-manufacturing (retread) processes of commercial tires
* Air tool operation and maintenance
* Other duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to meet all physical demands with/without reasonable accommodations
* Standing for extended periods of time
* Lifting in excess of 60 pounds utilizing proper lifting techniques
* Bending, twisting, grabbing
* Constant use of hands, wrists and fingers
* The ability to meet and exceed production quotas
Required Experience
This is an entry-level position, although a background in manufacturing and/or assembly line production is strongly preferred.
